Meet The Staff
Heather Davis, Assistant
Heather originates from West Virginia and moved to the good ‘ole south when she was younger and has been living in the state of South Carolina ever since. She graduated from Blessed Hope Baptist School in June of 2006 and began her employment with Clover Family Dentistry as a dental assistant in August of 2006. She is certified in digital radiography, monitoring of nitrous oxide, and CPR.
Heather is married and has two beautiful girls and an adorable stepson. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and living life to the fullest. She loves her co-workers and looks forward to helping people smile!
Mellonie Wallace, CDA
Mellonie is a native of York, South Carolina. She is married and has four beautiful girls. She started her employment with Clover Family Dentistry in January 1999 and has over 14 years of experience in assisting in oral surgery and restorative and cosmetic dentistry. She also specializes in bleaching, Invisalign, sealants, photos, face bow, lab work (mounting models), making night guards, B splints, and retainers. She has attended numerous training courses at the Dawson Academy, Bay View Dental Laboratory, Invisalign Courses (2011), and Occlusion and Function Laboratory Technicians (2012).
Jessica Evans, RDH
Jessica is one of our registered dental hygienists at Clover Family Dentistry. After graduating from York High School, Jessica attended York Technical College where she received an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science with a concentration in Dental Hygiene. She is licensed to perform all dental hygiene procedures, including periodontal scaling and root planning, administration of local anesthetics, dental radiography, and monitoring of nitrous oxide. She is also certified in CPR. In order to provide the highest quality of care, Jessica regularly attends continuing education courses in her field.
Jessica is a native of York, South Carolina. She is married to her high school sweetheart and together they share a daughter.
Julie Johnson, RDH
Julie has been practicing dental hygiene for 32 years. She graduated from Virginia Western Community College in Roanoke Virginia with an Associate’s Degree in Science focused on Dental Hygiene. After 13 years of moving with her husband to advance his career, they put down their roots on the lake in Clover.
Julie has 3 adult children, 2 new daughters-in-law and 2 doodle dogs. She enjoys when they visit with the grand dogs but also enjoys the empty nest.
Julie regularly attends continuing education courses to provide the best treatment possible. She is licensed to monitor Nitrous Oxide, routine dental cleanings, diagnostic radiographs, scaling and root planing.
Melissa Booth, Office Manager
Melissa is a native of Spartanburg, South Carolina. After graduating from Broome High School in 1997, she moved to Clover and began taking general education courses at York Technical College. While she was a student, she also began working in the medical field. A few years later, she transitioned into the dental field. She began working at Clover Family Dentistry in the front office but occasionally assists in other areas as needed. Her main job consists of answering the phone, making various appointments for patients, handling insurance claims, and other clerical duties.
Melissa is married and together they have two sons and two dogs. Outside of work, she loves spending time with all her boys and cheering on the Buckeyes of Ohio State.
Shannon Nix, Assistant Office Manager
Shannon is a native of Clover, SC. She graduated from Clover High School in 1994. A few years after graduating high school, she began working for the Town of Clover where she remained for over 23 years. Shannon comes to Clover Family Dentistry where she currently works on the administrative side at the office taking appointments, handling insurance claims, answering phone calls, and assisting patients.
Shannon is married, has two boys, one granddaughter and two dogs. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and watching the Clemson Tigers.
